Depuis l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la Loi Montagne 2 en 2021, de nouvelles obligations concernant les \u00e9quipements hivernaux se sont progressivement install\u00e9es. Son objectif reste d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les blocages routiers lors d&rsquo;\u00e9pisodes neigeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 partir du <strong>1er novembre 2024<\/strong>, les pneus marqu\u00e9s uniquement <strong>M+S (Mud and Snow)<\/strong> ne sont plus tol\u00e9r\u00e9s. D\u00e9sormais, seuls les pneus marqu\u00e9s <strong>3PMSF (Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake)<\/strong> sont conformes \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation. Il permet d\u2019aller chercher de l\u2019adh\u00e9rence lorsque les empreintes d\u2019un pneumatique (m\u00eame hiver) arrivent \u00e0 saturation et ne permettent plus d\u2019\u00e9voluer sereinement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, les cha\u00eenes et les chaussettes imposent d\u2019\u00e9voluer \u00e0 une allure tr\u00e8s mod\u00e9r\u00e9e. Elle vise la p\u00e9riode hivernale, du 1er novembre au 31 mars de l'ann\u00e9e suivante.<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Cette loi, aussi appel\u00e9e Loi de modernisation, de d\u00e9veloppement et de protection des territoires de montagne, du 28 d\u00e9cembre 2016 est venue modifier le Code de la Route.
